Every piece is one of one, completely hand-made by one person. There may be very minor flaws on certain pieces, but none that make an item defective. Please read the entire description of a piece before purchasing.

SHIPPING:

We are a U.S. based small business with international shipping available. Please note that you may experience import fees when purchasing internationally, we do what we can to prevent them but it's unfortunately not in our control. 

REFUNDS:

Something Made Custom has a "no refund" policy. If you would like to contact us to try refunding a piece, please submit a form under the "contact us" section

CARE:

Every reworked item needs to be machine washed on the "delicates" setting or handwashed. If an item has tie-dye, make sure to cold-wash it as well.
